Summer sweet floral flavours
We only use the most fragrant and freshly opened elderflower blossoms for our handmade Elderflower Cordial. On the June sunny days, we would venture out into the wilderness in the Chilterns to find the best elderflower heads. After infusing it with fairtrade sugar for a few days, we bottle them for you to enjoy.
How to use Elderflower Cordial
Dillute our Elderflower Cordial with 12 parts still or sparkling water (adjust to your taste). If you feel like something fancy, it's a perfect mix to cocktails or campaign!
You can also use it in baking and desserts. Add it to your cake batter, soak it in your cake sponge, add it your icing, or drizzle on top. We're always looking for new ways to enjoy them and sharing them on our Instagram page.

Product details
Each bottle contain 250ml Cordial. Please dillute before drinking.
Store in a dark and cool place (best in a cupboard). Once opened, place the bottle in the fridge and consume within 4 weeks.
